Many of the foot problems that we treat are due to faulty biomechanics. In other words, when the bones in your foot are not aligned properly it causes you to overcompensate when walking or running. This can lead to painful foot conditions which include:

Just as prescription eyeglasses correct your vision, custom orthotics are inserts that fit into your shoes, that are custom molded to correct your faulty biomechanics. This reduces abnormal motion while you walk or run, and equally disperses pressure on the bottom of your feet.
